Is there an easy way to display a specific single K2 item (from any existing category)?
The K2 Content module does not have this functionality - it does lots of other cool stuff but does not allow a specific single item to be displayed.
The K2 Tools module also does not have this feature.

Can this 'simple' functionality be added to K2.2??

Isn't it on the menu options? When you make a new menu item and go to K2 - there is an option for Item.

Hi Martha, my fault for not being clear, I need to display a certain article in a module position on a K2 page.
The K2 Content module gives several very good options - but does not allow a user to display one specific article...i.e. 'deal of the week'...which the client can easily change whenever they want.

I'll check out what you've suggested in case I'm missing something.
