In my site users can add item for free. But only administrator can publish them. When anybody submits an article he/she sees that - "You don't have the permission to publish items."But when the administrator ( I am the Admin) publish them- then I have seen- many times I have to press publish button. After many refresh of webpage sometimes articles not published.I have tried by red cross of published column. Also tried by checking checboxes and clicking the published button in toolbar.E.g - I have selected 2 articles/items and the check them and press publish button then one published and one is not published.I am confused.
