Hi, has anyone come across this module throwing an error on the hompeage? When i assign this module to a position for all pages, it shows the items from the specified categories in teh user position on my subsequent pages but for some reason, on the Home page it throws this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home5/restlet1/public_html/xxxxx/staging/plugins/content/jcomments.content.php on line 323

I have looked at the code but its all confusing to me, anyone seen this before? Whatever help you can offer will be appreciated, i am very frustrated about this as it holds the key to my Homepage NEWS + Blog display

Looks like an issue with JomComment.
JomComment will not display in K2 items as default.

You would need a plugin and then disable K2 comments in the K2 Parameters.

Which module is causing the error?
Have you tried disabling JomComments and then test?

Thanks Simon, you rock. I did go into the JoomComment Plugin and set the FRONTPAGE show to NO. I think it was conflicting because i had set frontpage off on the homepage, so it was invoking an action that was not where it was expecting it to be.

So for anyone who comes across this same issue, just do what i did, alternatively you can turn off Jomcomment entirely but if you wish to use it in the subsequent articles on the sites and you turned it off on the homepage, just do what i did.
