Hi,

I try to add new item from backend and frontend but I get blank page after saving item.

after that I enter the website and I find the new item is added with content but without images and attatchment files.

What is the problem?

 

A blank page usually means an error. Go to Joomla Global settings and in the server tab turn error reporting to highest and instead of a blank page you may receive an error message which will be a pretty good "hint" about whats going wrong.

I turned error reporting to highest but I still see a blank page.

You may have a blank component.php file on the root folder of your template.

 

Hi, I have the same problem,

I have changed it to Highrst reporting  = Maximum, I'm not getting any errors, just blank page

Checked all template folders and they have component.php, but it isn't empty.

Searched for SEOSimple plugin and didn't find anywhere
