Hi there - 
What if i want to allow frontend editing and posting of items in my K2 but i wont want the contributors or posters to see the whole lot of drop down of categories? i.e. when we click on 'Add an item to this category', the add item form is opened that has almost all the features of the backend along with the 'Select a category' drop-down. I would like to make it fixed (i.e. whatever category the user was in - they should only be able to post within that category?

How do we accomplish this?

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

yeah that would be a great function. I haven't had time to look into it myself yet, but it would definitely make me a happy camper.

Nope - no luck with this yet. Infact, i havent worked on it much. But may be looking to find a solution for this in a couple of weeks. Will keep y ou guys posted with any updates.
