Where to I place a Default Image for categories? For instance if we upload an image it uses that images thumbnail, but not all of our articles have an image, and I want a default image shown.  I thought I put it in the right place, but decided I'd come here to ask instead.

Go to components/com_k2/images/placeholder and replace the image category.png. Note that on K2 update you will probably loose the image to the previous one, the K2 default. Just re-upload once update.

This sadly didn't work, still showing nothing but text when there is no image available.
