I'm new at K2 and I'm having many doubts...I'm gonna start with the first one: How to align photos with texts.

Everytime I try to put a image in my text, the image stays on the left or on the right... but there is no space between them. They stay together and is pretty ugly. And I want to put the picture and write a text next to the picture, like this example

 

I was reading a post from another forum and the guy said that is necessary to change the code at item.php. I've done this, but is not working...

 

What can I do guys?

If your inserting the image directly into the item try using JCE, keep the text in one <p> and align right

Yes... I've done the JCE download and I have it in my components... but I need to use the JCE editor or can I use the K2 directly? BEcause my other articles, not only K2, are with this mistake

When you set jce to be your default editor it will have the extra options when you are editing the content tab of k2 items as well as joomla articles

yes... I've already done this...

Is everything set... but I really don't know what is happen because there is no way to align the pictures with the text. If I try to change the code at the html area.. it works... but in my team not everyone knows how to work with codes.. so I really need something easy... and the K2 is easy... but is not working :(

 

what can I do guys?

I was checking if the editor that I was using it was JCE or another.... but it was JCE indeed.

 

I don't know what else i can do to solve the problem
