I need images insted of start, next in category item pagination? where can we control that.. i know category.php and  generic.php and in this  we can not add images ?

K2 uses the joomla pagination. Usually there is a file in the template/your template/html called pagination.php and it contains the pagination structure (If not, you can get it from a default joomla template). You can add classes if you like to control better the styling you want. Mostly you need to write CSS to get the result you want.

 

The files you are mentioning are simply loading the pagination functions.
