I'm trying to edit the "add new item" form.

The problem is the extra fields. They just don't exist when I'm using PHP.

What I want to do is to get them out of the "Extra fields" tab and spread them throughout the form. Since I have many extra fields, in many "sub categories", I would like to divide them.

How can this be done?
