Can anyone help? I want to include a video within an html page (item or article), in Joomla. K2 Would have seemed the obvious choice but I cannot find any easy explanation of how to do this. 

I have uploaded a wmv file and installed All Videos Player. In Edit Item I have the html code in Content and in Video the path to the video file provides a visual and player for the video itself. But the how do these two work together? How do I incorporate the video with the html Content. Help!!

If using the video tab of K2 item - fill in the blanks where the video provider is or click upload and send the video to your server.
