Hi Everyone,

 

I am very new to both Joomla and K2. I have a template which has done all the hard work for me.

 

I am trying to add items and categories. Tags work fine. When I go to add either an item or category, it goes to the add screen fine, I can put in all the information and setting without an issue. When I click save, save and new or apply - I go to a white blank page.

 

When I check back, the category or item has not been added. What could be causing the problem? Is there something I could do to fix this?

Are you using images with the items?

Go to K2 information tab and check to see on the left if mb_encoding is on on your server

If it is, next goto Joomla Global Settings - Server tab - turn on error reporting to maximum and see if the blank page turns into an error message so you may get a clue of what is going on
