Does anyone know how I remove these yellow backgrounds from k2? Firebug seems to direct me to the K2.css, how can I change that? see attached

Try using css4k2 from Jiliko.net and creating a overide_style.css for each category

or including k2.css in your templates css directories that will override the default k2.css

and make the changes there, so you wont loose all your changes on upgrade or reinstall

Depending on your template, they may have already put a copy of k2.css somewhere in the templates directory, check for that also
