Please i need assistance in increasing my K2 attachment upload limit from 2MB to a higher amount or if possible unlimited. I started using Joomla less than two months ago and am not yet a pro, the K2 Extension fulfils all my basic needs beside the limitation on the upload limit in attachment. I am developing my Joomla site on a wamp server so i manually added the file in the media folder but it is not available on the front end. Please if anyone has an idea on how to increase this limit or have a better suggestion i will be greatful as am currently stuck on this challenge.

K2 does not set the upload file size limit, it's your local server php setting. To check the upload limit, you can go to Components -> K2 ->Information

Check your php.ini file for - upload_max_filesize and change it there.

FWIW, the ini file has to be in this path: public_html/administrator
Not just in the root.
