I am writing to you regarding K2 Tools - Calendar module . My question is whether it is possible to make a hyperlink of days in the calendar with specific k2 item.

No, I played around some more....

Create the K2 Item, set 'Creation Date' to the date of an event (when you want it to display on the calendar), set the 'Publishing from' date as the present moment, and do what you want with the Finish publishing date. But it will display as a link on a calendar and take you to the item.

Yes, this is how Creation and Publish date should be used :)
