Hi,

I am working on implementing my search module with K2 Tools and I would like to know what file controls the live search results so that I can make a modification to the live search results list.

As you type in a search word the live results start to fill in with matching item titles. At the bottom of this list I would like to add a link to all results, something like "View all Results".

Basically the "View all Results" link would have the same effect as pushing the "Search" button. It probably sounds kind of redundant but I think it would actually be useful to our users.

I am assuming the file that needs to be modified is a js file but I'm unsure. I checked the k2.frontend.js but couldn't tell if this is or isn't the file that needs to be modified.

Please advise on what file I need to make changes in and whether or not I can make a override of this file so that it is not lost when updating.

If this sounds impossible would it be better to request an enhancement to the search module on GitHub?

Actually yes,

Since this is an enhancement request, I think Github is the place for these requests.

You can also look at the JED for such an extension.
