Has anyone else had this issue??? - unable to add image as upload area has disappeared after updating to v2.7.0

Also all functionability ie image gallery, media, extra fields and attachment options has been lost.

Only the content option works.

also have lost the ability to call up 'publishing meta data and display settings options.

I have tested on both Firefox and Chrome to eliminate browser errors.
