I have an issue with google search on k2 items.
I have search on Google "En pratique et pour simplifier, un UK non-dom" and on Google search results instead to show me the link to the article it shows the link to the user profile with the afferent articles belong to the author. Why Google didn't index the article and instead indexed the author profile? Google will index pretty much everything, that's why we love it :)
However I think that providing a sitemap.xml (several extensions support K2) will help your search results in terms of quality.

Furthermore you can try adding structured data (Metada) to your K2 template.
