2.how can i show the ratings(stars) in home page.i mean i wana to show these stars in home page beyond the name of article just like yelp.com

The first issue is a template issue. You need to address this issue to the template's developer.

As for the rating stars, the setting is located in the category's options (Item view options in category listings). You need to enable the rating in the category's options.
