When i Try to add item image system working, working, working and nothing is happened. When i click X on browser i get a thousands of warnings :

Warning: imagecolorsforindex() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in (...)\administrator\components\com_k2\lib\class.upload.php on line 5030

The interesting thing is that is only for "old " categories. If i Try to add (image and item) to category that I already create it's ok.

I tried to drop categories table then create new and import old data (without structure) but It's doesn't help.
Any Ideas??

Which PHP version are you using?

At "localhost" PHP Version 5.6.23
on server I can choose between 5.4 or 5.6

The warning can be hidden by deactivating error reporting.
Can you try installing the DEV version? github.com/getk2/k2
