I tried to update Joomla with one click update. After I press the button Install the Update I got a popup with an error:
ERROR:
AJAX Loading Error: View not found [name, type, prefix]: item, php, k2View
And nothing happens.
I have 3 sites on this server. I could update 2 without a problem, but not this one.
What I have tried and done so far on this site:
- the temp directory is set
- permissions on temp directory is set to the right user and is set to 755
- max filesize is set to 16M
- file_uploads is set to on
- I can upload a file using FTP to temp directory.
- In tmp folder there is already a file joomla_3-6-4-stable-update_package-zip?format=zip&jcompat=my.zip It is probably from the one-button-update.
- PHP Version 5.6.19
- Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.6.2 Stable
- the ftp-layer is disabled in the global config for this site.
- some other forum post suggested this (it didn’t work for me): Try to update by downloading the package and install as any other extension through the Installer (Manage --> Install)
- the following file does exists: administrator/components/com_joomlaupdate/restore.php.
- I have tried manual Upload & Update
What else can I do?
What does that mean? … item, php, k2View … Is there something wrong with K2? I don’t use any K2 extensions.
What do I have to do in order to update to the latest version?
