Need some help with messy layout.
I have 2 K2 category pages:
this one is alright - csportnews.ru/index.php/other
and this one - csportnews.ru/index.php/lol - has messy layout, though every single option in category options and in menu options is the same(checked over 9000 times)). What could it be?

Joomla 3.6.2, К2 2.7.1, tmpl Protostar

This is not the setting's fault.
There are various HTML errors, validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcsportnews.ru%2Findex.php%2Flol&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0 in that page.
Most likely an unclosed HTML tag, a div one in the last item before the layout breaks.

Checked this and there's no unclosed tags in the item

Also there's the same problem on this page csportnews.ru/index.php/hs (I mean right column)

Check the HTML validator to locate the issue. It will mention where the unclosed tags are.

Ok, don't know exactly why, but fixed everything by unpublishing items without images(I mean Item image(Image tab)
