I upgrade my Joomla site from 2.5 to 3.6
The old site's URL including the ID like this:
blog / item / id-item-alias.html
In the new site the ID numbers have changed and therefore all the URL of the item changed.
Is it possible to manually change the ID numbers of the item?
Or there is another solution how to Keep the old site URL?

You can change them through the database, but this can lead into errors.
If you only have a handfull of items, you can set manual redirect rules.
