Hello all,

I am looking for a solution to see in Backend all linked/published items/articles.
There are so many items in our plattform. It is difficult to check whats visible on frontend,
was is published but not visible (because not directly linked or shown in categorie-view).

Most of our content is directly linked to menu-items, so the discipline of authors is not very
high to unpublish old or outdated articles.

Any ideas? Is there a plugin/module available?

Hi,
to explain it. I add an attachment. Here you see a part of articles in Joomla / K2.
Some of the articles are published, some not. But it could be, that the articles not shown on
homepage because they are not linked to menu-items or to linked categories.

I want to clean up the system and reduce the number of articles. The plan is to remove/delete
articles which are not (longer) shown and not archived or deleted by authors.

Is it now clear?
