Rss new feed items don't appear in the module

It's been a few times that I have notice that the new RSS feeds items don't appear in the module.
I've checked the RSS source and the new feeds items are there, but not in the module. It's like the module get stuck in the time and doesn't update on the go.
I have try clearing the module cache and my browser but this doesn't solve the issue.
It seems to happen only when my rss source is twitrss which I use to retrieve tweets from twitter .
I am aware that "twitrss" only update the rss feeds once in a while but this isn't a problem for me. The issue is that the rss feed items are in the rss but not on my website. At this time the last three post of my source aren't on my website (twitrssDUTme/twitter_user_to_rss/?user=sapinker)
Any idea why it's doing that? Thanks a lot for your help!

I don't get it, today the module is up to date (I haven't change anything since I posted the question, and I didn't update for 2 days before that).
I will let you know how is goes!

Ty for a great extension!
But sometimes I'm having the same issue and writing on the same topic.
I did configure the same settings as huki (below), but I'm watching it now.
The module stops to show the recently feeds after some time, don't know how much exactly...
Also the feed time out request is set to 30s.
Thank you for any help.
huki wrote: Thanks for your reply! Cache time was set to 30 (minutes), Maximum items to fetch per feed to 4, and Total items (from all feeds) to 4 (I only have 1 feed in this module).

Hi. What is displayed when it stops showing the recent feeds? Are there other feeds displayed? There are two caching options in the module. The first one is named "Cache time (in minutes) for feed content and remote images" and is a custom implementation. The second one is named "Cache Time" and concerns the Joomla! module cache layer. You can find it under the "Advanced" tab in the module options.

Hey man, I updated the module to date and is working now!
But the feeds are like from the previous day, not that up to date : /
Ty for the help!!!!
EDIT: Now is showing nothing, neither on the rendered code. I forgot to say that I have two modules activated, side by side with 2 different feed urls.
