Hello, attached is a screenshot I get while using the {mp4remote} tag.  Nothing I use seems to make a difference.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using AllVideos version 4.5.0 with Joomla 2.5

The code is:
{mp4remote}www.salesforcetrainingpodcasts.com/podcasts/a2h/addCustomApp.m4v{/mp4remote}

And the results are a black screen with a number of random characters...See screenshot pic attached.

Again, any help would be awesome!

Since your file is .m4v you need this code snippet

{m4vremote}domain.com/media/paris.m4v{/m4vremote}

instead the one you have used.

Are you using AllVideos latest version (4.6.1)?
