Hello,

we have movies (.mp4) with codec : H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1).
And these movies are displaying well.

But some other movies (.mp4) with this codec MPEG-4 Video (mp4v) doesn't work.. it is strange no ?

error message :
The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support: xxx.xxx.x.xx/intranet/images/videos/io-sono-li.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined

Hi. There is nothing you can do about this since the browser cannot play the specific videos. Try to use the codec that works.

You can use any software that does that. Is there a link to your site demonstrating the issue?

Euh no, because it is a intranet.
But the goal is to convert some .mp4 videos MPEG-4 Video (mp4v) to H264 - MPEG-4 AVC

So we are searching a tool to do that...

Ok, we found a solution.
We used Free Make Video Converter , and we selected in the profil, the video codec to H264 (and not MPEG4).
see screenshot.

And it is working now.

Video converter is a good idea. This seems paid. My advice is that you can try some freewares like Handbrake. Then you can decide if using paid one.
In addition, I have collected some free video converters. You can visit

In addition, I have collected some free video converters. You can search "Adoreshare" on Google, then open it, you will find a "Freeware" page in the site
