[SOLVED] .mp4 undefined : MPEG-4 Video (mp4v)

we have movies (.mp4) with codec : H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1).
And these movies are displaying well.
But some other movies (.mp4) with this codec MPEG-4 Video (mp4v) doesn't work.. it is strange no ?
error message :
The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support: xxx.xxx.x.xx/intranet/images/videos/io-sono-li.mp4undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined

But the goal is to convert some .mp4 videos MPEG-4 Video (mp4v) to H264 - MPEG-4 AVC
So we are searching a tool to do that...

We used Free Make Video Converter , and we selected in the profil, the video codec to H264 (and not MPEG4).
see screenshot.
And it is working now.

Video converter is a good idea. This seems paid. My advice is that you can try some freewares like Handbrake. Then you can decide if using paid one.
In addition, I have collected some free video converters. You can visit
