Registration is disabled so I cannot see it.
The newsletter input can be fixed by adding
in your custom.css file.

You were right about activating that, but notice the footer how its looses the fluidness compared to homepage, the header is a little messed up. But I'm not less worried about that.

Also take note that I added the code you sent to custom but its not the sane color as homepage but its sort of working I guess

It inherits the global colour for all buttons #0091ff .
I cannot see anything wrong with your footer. It has three modules which fall to a single column layout in smaller viewports.
We are talking about the Tinyletter module, right?
