Related Articles... was created by Brian Ducharme
Not sure if I just missed this feature, or it's missing but having a way to add relationships between articles would be great. (Like the related products in Virtuemart).

Maybe even adding this as a type of additional field that allows you to add multiple related articles.

If not, is there a way to set a module to display a particular tag from the tagcloud that all the article could share... example. Have five articles with a tag of "Super Widget" and when viewing each article the remaining 4 would be shown in a module called "related articles"?

I agree - 1 to many and 1 - 1 relationships would be useful in many cases.

Here's one workaround idea... you could use a module that displays items from an RSS feed and use the RSS feed of the tag you wanted to display. Though I guess that wouldn't exclude the item that you're currently viewing.

BTW, after installing v 2 final and playing around with it, I now see that it does display "Related items (by tag)" at the bottom of an article if there are other items that share tags with the ones you're viewing. But I'm guessing you're looking for something you have a little more control over.

Ya I knew that already, I don't know if that is the same case as Brian but I would like to see it as a module like K2 Tag Clouds for example.

Me too. Does anybody find another way to control related items?

I have a related links component for J1.5
We could look at extending support for K2. It is essentially a wysiwyg editor button that pops up a modal wndow that lets you choose which articles related to the current one. You can then display these related articles in a module or plugin mode within the footer of an article.

If there is enough interest we will add it the feature list.
