Google webmaster tool server error code 500 HELP!

I have a big issues with my website regarding K2 component.
(Im using k2 latest version + joomla + sh404 sef)
And since the upgrade on feb. i have enormous 500 google server error links that keep increasing and impact negatively my SEO?
See the image to see the issues:

please give me your hand on this as i do not know what to do ?

From what I can see from your screenshot the bot tries to add a ?format=feed to all your links.
Try disallowing the crawling of urls with a query string from your robots.txt since you already have SEF enabled.

is that k2 which is doing that? as all my 500 error are coming from k2?

The problem does not lie with K2, the googlebot if you do not block it and use a sitemap.xml,
will try to index every possible page.

could you please explain me the exact procedure in order to disallow the files in the robot.txt
what should i write on the robot.txt?
the issue is I m using a sitemap so maybe the issue is with my sitemap?

Disallow: /*?*
to your robots.txt file located on the public_html folder.
I don't think XMAP has anything to do with this since it only renders items mapped from menus.

As far as the issue, I would double check the SH404sef 's component settings.
