Hello Csaba,
If i understand correctly you need to check your category settings and set Catalog mode to no.

The catalog mod don't only operate for items?
I attachted the picture that I would like the appearance.
Thank you your fast answer!

If you switch the catalog mode to ON, then when visiting a category page you would see only the items of that category and not its children.
Have you set the subcategories to show?
Also, make sure that all categories have the same parameters.

Could you provide a link to your site?
I want to see what your frontend looks like and guide you furthermore.

Unfortunately I couldn't because this site intranet and this site only see in inside network .
My problem is simple, I would like that the sub categories only then be visible when I click on the main category, but if I again click on the main category then the sub cotegories not be visible only the main category.
Unfortunately everything is visible at current.

Make sure that the Main category doesn't inherit any parameters from the menu.
Then make sure that you have enabled in the Category view options the correct options.
The steps to perform the structure you require is:
Create the category tree. Main category - Subcategories.
The Main category should have the catalog mode ON and the options for category and subcategories enabled.
The subcategories should inherit the Main categories options.
The menu items shouldn't have any parameters in them. Also the menu item should include one category and not more.
