Hello!
I am having a problem using K2 together with a component: CComment. On localhost everything works fine. Online I got this problem as soon as I turn on the plugin to integrate comment features into K2 front-end. The error message appears on back-end when I try to edit/create an item or a category or a user.

From CComment staff they say their component doesn't influence back-end k2 features, also it is strange it works on localhost and just got broken online.

I am quite sure it is not a file permission problem, as I tried to change them all to 755, while 777 causes Joomla to stop working. I also tried to re-install both k2 and CComment with no success.

Do you have any idea what the issue could be? Does K2 checks if there are some plugin related to it even if they doesn't touch back-end?

Any hint about what could be causing the issue? Thanks!

To be honest, I have never used that plugin I either use K2's native comments or Facebook/Disqus comments.

You should ask them if you need to reorder any system or K2 plugins to avoid Conflicts.

Also backingup and reinstalling K2 and the CComment might help. ( If anything went wrong during the file transfer. )

Thank you for your reply, I tried any reinstall and reordering possible. The strange thing is I am the only one in the world getting this specific error, not just considering the interaction between K2 and CComment :P The strange thing is they say there is no integration with K2 backend, so it's strange the issue happens here.
Maybe I will switch to a different comment system like Disqus if I can't solve soon, but if someone from K2 could have a suggestion about what could be the cause of this error, it would be nice ;)
Unluckily my host provider doesn't give me much control over mysql, otherwise I could check if there is some weird query that fails or something like that.

For your DB you can use Admin Tools to repair and optimise your tables.

If you deactivate the CComments extension K2 works fine on your installation?

Yes, if I disable that plugin K2 works well, no error.

I got the same error using the Jlike plugin.

Once I disable it I can get to my K2 items again. I will need to see what the answer is from the plugin folks.

I'm having this problem with k2.

When I try to add a new User Group I got the message: 0 JForm::getInstance could not load file

I tried to disable all plugins but the error persists.

Any help? :(

Which other extensions are you using?
Also which version of Joomla! and K2 are you using?

Akeeba
AllVideos
JCE Editor
Kunena Forum
NoNumber Advanced Module Manager
NoNumber Cache Cleaner
NoNumber Extension Manager
sh404SEF
T3 Framework

All these play fine with K2. The same goes with all Gavick extensions provided that they are updated.
You need to look at your error_log to see which file is being requested but not found.

I would also disable extensions one by one to see which one is causing the error.
