Hi all,

This is my first post on K2 as having problems on my site in creating K2 Page layout.

I have decided to adopt some of the k2 features for presenting articles for some of my pages.

I cannot get the articles to appear as they do in the demo with 2 columns and about 4 rows, showing 8 articles with brief information. When I click on the main article it still has the children articles in 1 columns even though it is set to 2, could it be image size.?

I have attached a print screen of my problem, for anybody who may help.

Hy,

if the articles ar in one category, you order them there (leading, primary, ... in each instance how many rowns, how many items).

if articles by different categories make a menu, mark you categories you wish to show an set all values in the sam way as above decribed.

Thanks for your reply Franz, but i am still confused and tried suggestion but problem still appears.

I will try to explain a bit more.

I have created a category called "Elite 5" and created 5 K2 items that are part of that category (different clubs - Man Utd etc.).

Then I have inserted how many columns will appear and leading images that appear in the category in the options section to the right. (as shown)

I have then changed the parameters of images that appear with different sizes for small, medium and large.

Yet I still have my articles appear underneath each other. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

that is the page where i have 5 articles within this category and would like to have these as 1 leading and 4 supporting articles 2 columns and 2 rows, with images.

As mentioned I have not added the images to the articles yet, although when images inserted, was aligned the same.

There seems to be a float:left missing from your CSS.
Have you disabled k2.css?

No, I think I have all K2 Components / Plug ins enabled.

I don't think I have messed with K2.css, in fact i don't know how to access this, other than through FTP, which i am not doing at the moment.

Is there a way i can check this? Or may something else be overriding it. I have been creating them as Joomla articles before changing to K2 whether hat may have have made a difference?
