I am looking to add an extra field that lists items in a given category

In other words that the item A category A has a connection with item A of the category B


For example, an extra field (multi-selec) listed items of category A handpicked allowing one or more item of catéogrie B.

Hi. This cannot be done with K2 extra fields. You need a custom K2 plugin for this.

I don't think you need a component. You can create a K2 plugin so you won't have to hack the core.

OK write a plugin!!! But I can not do it. or let say I have never done - I am a user ok K2. Do you have an idea?

You use the demo plugin as a starting point.
Creating a plugin requires some (good) coding skills.
