Error after upgrading to K2 v2.7.0 was created by Joseph Graham
Hi, after upgrading to K2 v2.7.0 I am not able to save any of my items without getting a error but K2 does not tell or show me what the error is. Does anyone know what could be cause this?
I also get the same problem when I try to create and save a any new item.
This is a link to my screenshot, I marked in red what the error looks like.

Thanks
Joseph

Hello,
This has been resolved with:
github.com/getk2/k2/commit/6cff7526e292321479113783d5d2ea80ae7752a1
This notice is due to a required extrafield not holding any value.

Yeap :)
Or you can manually apply the CSS patch github.com/getk2/k2/commit/6cff7526e292321479113783d5d2ea80ae7752a1

I am experiencing the same problem. I can't save new items or existing items after the upgrade, I get the same error as Joseph's screenshot.
I tried making the changes in the CSS patch Krikor linked to, but still got the error. Then I downloaded the master Jeff linked to and used the new k2.css file from that, but still got the same error.
I cleared the site cache in between. Is there another step I am missing?
As a workaround I changed the extra fields to not be required and I was able to save items, but the error message is still not working correctly on my installation.
Thanks in advance for any guidance you may be able to provide.

If you applied the patch correctly, then the old stylesheet is probably cached by your browser.
Clear your browser's cache and try again please.

With the browser cache (actually) cleared the patch worked.
Thanks!

It turned out FireFox only cleared part of the cache when I click the "Clear Now" button. When I actually looked at the space used, each click only cleared about 50 MB. Had to click the "Clear Now" button several times to clear it all. Strange...Krikor wrote: If you applied the patch correctly, then the old stylesheet is probably cached by your browser.
