I try to install the Dutch language but the its not working. I checked the INI files and there is only Authorization Required listed there. Is something wrong with the language files?

I set the active language on Dutch, but it's not working. Is it maybe the new Joomla version? I am running on older versions of Joomla on other systems that works great.
The new installation is on 3.7.3 and the older ones are on 3.6.5.

Sometimes Transifex's cache might have some hiccups and serve English files.

Hmmm, some files do indeed got a Authorization Required still in them.
But I have changed these files with working ones from the other installations, and it's still serving the English language. The weird thing is dat the buttons on the front page, to quickly go to the different K2 categories, are in fact translated to Dutch. But everything regarding the K2 component, the menu in the Components dropdown or the different fields in the item edit page are still in English.
Can you confirm that on 3.7.3. translations are still working?
EDIT: Can you check the Dutch translation? I downloaded it again, maybe the translation is now complete, but every INI file has Authorization Required in them? Are they not correctly exported or something?

It was caching a problematic file.
Download the package once again please.

Everything is translated except for the K2 component itself.
Are you sure its not a problem regarding Joomla 3.7.3? For example the Dutch translation is only the 3.7.2 package available.
EDIT: Ok, I found something very weird, but interesting. I have installed the package, and if I am on the control panel page, (front page administrator) I see the strings all translated, in the menu, on the quick icons screen, but if I navigate to the actual K2 component, everything switches back, including the topmenu.
EDIT 2: Ok it seems that only on the front page the strings are translated to Dutch, and if I am in another page, lets say the articles manager, the strings pop back to English (in the top menu)
