Hello!

Is it possible to create some kind of form for the user to publish a K2 article in front end, but make him only able to publish if he pays for it? Most likely by Paypal.

Also in this same category, is it possible to make users able to pay subscription and automatically be moved to a K2 group which lasts for the time period paid? Like if he payed for 6 months, he will be on that group for 6 months and then removed automatically?

Sounds like you want to create registered group that can add but not publish, the next that can add/edit/publish and customize a subscription component to move them between the k2 user groups while keeping up with the subscription times and putting them back in the lower group when expired

I don't know if this would completely solve the issue, because in the first case, basic registered users would have to pay to send every article. So yes, it would be a user group for the registered ones, but how would I be able to allow them to add an article ONLY if they pay to do so?

The second case, yes, I need some way to manage so they would be on the Subscribed group for the payed time period, where they would be free to add articles.

You can try Akeeba Subscriptions and on top of that extension you might need to develop a custom K2 extension which controls K2's frontend editing functions.
Payplans I think offers a similar extension.
In both cases a custom K2 extension might still be needed.

Hmmm... Damn. I have no clue how to develop custom extensions.

Since this is a commercial site and there are money transactions involved you can consider hiring a dev.

@Krikor - I dont think akeeba supports Subs any more and cannot find it on the site. It was a good one and i have used it

@William Akeeba Subs used to offer subscriptions and use Joomla!'s ACL so paying users has access to different content. I do not know if they still offer that extension. It was a developer-only extension (no support)
