1) I have installed the extensions successfully
2) The Gallery directory has permissions of 755
3) The /mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro has permissions 0f 755
4) My url which Im testing this on is relativewind.co.uk/CapturedCanvas/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=29
5) My hosting company is 1and1.co.uk
Some help will be greatly appreciated :)

But unfortuantely I'm now getting a Sevrer error

Can you please tell me if the server support GD2 library?
Can you see at your phpinfo() if you have those settings?

GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled
If your server support the GD2 library, mail me please an super administrator account of your admin panel to see the issue! ( please, send me also te email you used at Paypal )

At your administrator panel select from the menu
"System -> system info"
and at the tab "Php info" try to find the Directive gd!

You have an Error 500 - Internal server error when you activate the SIG PRO mambot?!
Can you give us a direct link?
Check to fix first this bug,
and after that check the Memory Limit of the server!
