So many problems I don't know where to start

I was using an older version of SIG PRO and was having issues. I read a post that said to upgrade to 2.5.6. so I bought it today to make sure I have the latest and greatest and still major issues.
Only a few of the lightboxes work and none of them work properly.
The client (and I) really like HighSlide as the lightbox. However, there is more than one gallery on the page and it combines all of the galleries. Plus, it puts some sort of extra controller in the upper left corner and actually doubles (one on top of another) and then they don't go away unless you refresh the page. And when they are up, you cannot click on anything else. The other lightboxes that do work don't have a close (x) button or if they do, there is no Next and Previous buttons. I have tried every combination with the templates available and I have tried with MooTools upgrade plugin on and off. I have all of the correct permissions on the cache folder so I am out of options as to what to try.

Some help?
Here is one of the several galleries on the site (and the one causing the most problems).

Thanks for any help.

I can see a gallery that the pop up doesn't work.
So please use a different one via the SIG PRO parameters which doesn't conflict.

Katia,
If you read my post, you will see that I have tried every pop-up and every combination with the pop-up and galleries. I have even tried with MooTool Upgrade on an off.
This is not good.
This is my second time using the Pro Gallery and the first time I had no issues and both sites are on the same server and running the same version of Joomla. So something else might be conflicting with it.
Do you have a list of other extensions that are not compatible with SIGPRO so I can debug that way?

This means that you have a conflict either with your template or with another extension you use.

Let me get this straight. You guys sell a product. I assume you collect money for the PRO version so you can offer support when needed. It pays for your development time. I get that and it makes sense.

But your method of tech support seems to be, when a conflict or error arises, tell the customer that your product is superior and that it has to be something else on the site causing the problems because yours is error free. So go away and leave me alone with your pettiness. Do I have that about right?

Any other extension that I have purchased for Joomla has had a tech support team that, when a conflict arises, will look into it and tell me what the issue is so as to know how to fix the problem or they have fixed it for me.

If you are not willing to at least look into the matter and see what is causing the conflict, then I should expect a refund on the product for not supplying the necessary support needed to figure out the issue.

Here is what I do know. Everything else on the site is working perfectly. I have no other conflicts or issues. Yet you still want me to believe that the issue lies with something other than SIGPRO. Is that correct?

Please respond and let me know if you are willing to help resolve this issue or whether you intend on refunding me my money.

Thank you.

There was a javascript conflict between the "superfish" menu module and everything else that used jQuery.

I added the latest 1.6.x jQuery library to be loaded in your template, sitewide. And then I disabled loading an older release from that "superfish" menu module.

You should be OK now.

Thanks for taking a shot at this, but absolutely nothing was fixed. It's broken exactly as it was before. I can't even choose another lightbox because they either don't work or don't work correctly.

Clear your browser's cache and check again please. (Ctrl+Shift+R or Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5 depending on your browser)

What I do see is some CSS conflict with the Highslide popup engine which "pins" some control image on the top left. I switched the popup engine to "Colorbox" and now it's OK.
