Problem with SIG Pro 2.0.3 was created by Daskaloudis Athanasios
I've installed SIG Pro 2.0.3 and when i enable it, i take this message:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected '(', expecting '}' in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\joomla15\plugins\content\jw_sigpro.php on line 99.
(The joomla installation is local). when i used SIG 1.03 pro my gallery works perfectly.
Any help? ???

I can't verify your error. Can you upload 2.0.3 to your site please?

Hello,

I got exactly the same error message on my live site. (And the site didn't show anything apart from this line.) I then decided to unload the plugin again. What could I do to make it run?

Thanks,
Kelley

Hi, I'm a newbie to this plugin and forum (and Joomla :).
I'm getting the same error having just installed SIG Pro 2.0.3. I get the parse error text on all pages of the site -

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(', expecting '}' in /home/sites/pembs-syndicate.co.uk/public_html/tomwidd/test/plugins/content/jw_sigpro.php on line 99

test site here - tomwidd.pembs-syndicate.co.uk/test/

Thanks

I am getting the same problem

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(', expecting '}' in /hsphere/local/home/mumana/rivieraew.org/joomla15/plugins/content/jw_sigpro.php on line 99

Could you indicate how did you get it to work?

I got it to work by replacing at line 99, within the jw_sigpro.php file, the values {$mainframe->getTemplate()} by {$mainframe->getTemplate}

Just purchased after testing the free version (worked great).  Paid version killed the site (home page, everything) until I disabled it.

I made the suggested edits above to lines 99 & 100 which both showed errors.  This allowed the home page to work.  However, on pages with {gallery} tags it shows this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /nfs/c04/h01/mnt/61059/html/plugins/content/jw_sigpro.php on line 65

Did you not get this error after altering getTemplate??

I've attached the edit my friend did to the jw_sig.php file. Open this txt file in something other than notepad to retain formatting.

This fix seems to work fine for me - tomwidd.pembs-syndicate.co.uk/test/ go to photography > wildlife

cheers
