I know this topic has been posted few times before but unfortunately..the people who got it fixed did not properly give us the solution. I looked at all the possible answers i could find before giving up and posting the same question here

I installed the SIG 1.5 native version and when I go to the plugin page from install/uninstall..i see it is installed properly...why does it still not working..i cant figure out  :-[

I really need to get this running asap.
