Is it possible to disable Full Screen and is there anyway to play the videos without leaving the site (ie. goto Youtube)

Displaying in a pop-up model would be fine as long as size can be controlled!

Yes there is.
In your Allvideos plugin you can set default width and heigh [img][/img] (see picture)

This sizing goes for external links too.
Try it out in an article :)

Ok - I know size can be set but

there is no way to stop the user leaving the site by selecting Youtube and making window full screen

(I could live with full screen)

ALL the ones I've tried do the same so its probably Youtube or the underlying player technology

I didn't get your question right then.. :)
At my site, youtube always make a popup window, so when you close that window you're "back" at the site again.
It's working fine for me that way.

I'm not sure if it will work, but if you try instead to make a wrapped article it is possible it will work the way you want it.
Haven't tried it though..

I guess it's the "price" to pay for having a small version of Youtube video on your site - you can't turn of the direct link to youtube  :-\
