I can't get an image to show in the player.  It's black with the play button.  I uploaded an image (jpg) into the folder with the videos.  Nothing.  I uploaded an image (jpg) naming it the same name as the mp4 but instead of mp4 it is jpg.  Nothing.

I am new to the forum .  I'm having this same problem, but cannot see any of the replies????????

Just add the image you want inside your video folder in your Media Manager. Remember to rename the image with the same name as the video.
