I am using the Allvideo plugin in K2 to show some MP4 videos. It sort of works. Although it plays the videos they will only start playing after the video has downloaded completely. This might be minutes with large videos.

I used ffmpeg to convert the .mov video to .mp4. Any idea why the video does not start immediately? Should mp4 videos start immediately? If this should work and is a problem with the conversion method, please offer conversion hints with ffmpeg.  This is on a linux pc - command line preferred.

Did you get a resolution to this or does anyone know why this happens? I am also having the same problem.
