I just downloaded allvideos version 4.5. My joomla is version 1.5, however in my plug-in manager it shows that allvideos is successfully installed, compatible, active, public, everything is enabled. Next I went to a module to change the content. In the content area I placed the tag "{youtube}heu37ej3qs{/youtube}" and changed the tag info to my video from youtube. When I view my site I get just the text "{youtube}heu37ej3qs{/youtube}" in that module. no video. I've tried clearing my cache for two browsers and quitting and restarting them, please help.

like so many others it is not working for me in Joomla 2.5 - yes, plugin enabled etc. No permutation works. I've given up on it

Same here, but only in Firefox version 19! I just updated to Firefox 20. Problem solved..
It also works fine in Internet Exploder (v8, v9 and v10), Opera (v 12), Safari (v 5 on Windows) and Google Chrome (v 26).
