I am building a website with some movies.
According to the instructions I have places the videos in the correct folder.
Strangly enoug": my .mov works perfectly, but when I change it to a .mp4 files I get the failure as shown in the picture.
Can anybody tell what goes wrong here?
Both videos are in the same folder and where I put {mov}subfolder/namevideo{/mov} I change the mov to mp4.

Have you selected the Responsive template in AllVideos parameters?
If so, please use a different one.

I have tried every possibility available.
Yet again, the .mov works perfect, but any other extension doesn't.

Make sure that the format of your video is MP4 (H.264 Video).
