Hi all,

I'm having a problem with thumbnails (or first frame) not showing when using Allvideos with K2. I acheive a good result when video is embedded in article, but using K2, I get the video but the preview image doesn't show, nor for the matter the first frame (I tried tis workaround, but to no avail. :(

Any help would be appreciated

I've put a copy of the site in a sandbox before upgrading.

Upon upgrading K2, I've noticed that my template override for K2 content module that I have in my template doesn't seem to work. So I just copied it to the module tmpl directory and display is ok. Maybe I'm not putting the module template override in correct directory ?

Anyhow, I've done the K2 upgrade, but thumbnail is still not showing.

Since you are using an uploaded video, have you tried to upload its preview image in media/k2/videos folder with the same filename as your video?
