Hi,

I've installed the AllVideos plugin and it is activated but it cannot play my videos.

On Firefox on my MacOS laptop I get a message saying that the player cannot access my videos, see screenshot 01. I cannot find the reason for this, and I've tried many different variations as to address the path to the files.

On most other browsers it shows just an image, see attached screenshot 02 (IE, Chrome on Windows and on Mac, Firefox on Windows, Safari, and on my Samsung tablet).

Hope you can help me on this issue.

Are your videos encoded in H.264 format?
