Maybe is a combination of browser and mobile device that won't allow the video to load properly.
Have you tried to update your Chrome mobile?

Chrome for Mac Version 30.0.1599.69. It says Chrome is up to date.
Web site: www.everenglish.com.br . There are two videos on that page, vertically aligned.
The second is being showed, it is hosted locally. The video on the top comes from YouTube, and it's not being showed in Chrome.

Blocked loading mixed active content "www.youtube.com/embed/o-jB6X2_w_E?rel=0&fs=1&wmode=transparent"
from the browser's console. Could you please check in your module again and verify that you have actually embedded the youtube video in the tags you have sent me above?
The strange thing is that I embedded in a custom HTML module your tag and the video worked just fine for me in all browsers.

What I could find about this error is that I'm trying to load an insecure content (http) on a secure page (https).
Is there a way to force the use of HTTPS on the Youtube URL generated by the all videos plugin?

You could try the solution mentioned here:
forum.joomlaworks.net/allvideos-%28plugin%29/youtube-embed-not-working-https
Important: since the modification in made on a core plugin file your changes will be lost after upgrading.

It would be nice to have this as a configuration option on the plugin.
