I have a folder with two mp3s.
One plays, one doesn't. They were both supplied by the same artist. They both play on the local machine. The file that does play is 4.4MB. The file that doesn't play is 9.7MB.
The file that does play:
www.urbanchannel.com.au/hip-hop/australian-hip-hop/resin-dogs-still-the-beats
The file that doesn't play:
www.urbanchannel.com.au/hip-hop/australian-hip-hop/exclusive-resin-dogs-ride-feat-kel-timmons
Syntax has been triple-checked: {mp3}ResinDogs/Ride{/mp3}
Have tried substituting the track that does work into article to ensure the Joomla article and path are both OK.
I'd appreciate any assistance.

Yes that's right. I had to switch to a different solution. I did that 5 hours ago.Through the second URL you have provided, the one that you say that the mp3 doesn't play, the mp3 player is not coming through AllVideos but through the com_jxtcalbumplayer component.
I will recreate the error on a different link if you wish.

The mp3 in the second player works:
i) using the AllVideos plugin on a different site
ii) in another player on this site

Please check the file's permissions and owner.
There is also a double slash between the music folder and your own. Remove the one you use for your tags, i.e. from {mp3}/ResinDogs/Ride.mp3{/mp3} to {mp3}ResinDogs/Ride.mp3{/mp3}

How strange. There is no extra slash in my code view/ WYSIWIG view (screenshot).There is also a double slash between the music folder and your own. Remove the one you use for your tags, i.e. from {mp3}/ResinDogs/Ride.mp3{/mp3} to {mp3}ResinDogs/Ride.mp3{/mp3}
I'll check permissions now.
