I have a basic Joomla 3.1.5 install with AllVideos 4.5.0 installed.

Flash fla videos play fine.

I can't get mp4 videos to play, console shows a javascript error:

Could not setup controlbar jwplayer.min.js?v=4.5.0:1
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getDisplayElement' of undefined

You can view issue here:
isg.blacklight.com.au/

Path is correct, I have uninstalled and reinstalled AllVideos, but the issue remains. Any ideas?

For some reason the video element appears to have no source.

Can you send me the snippet you are using? Does this happen to ALL mp4 files in your site?

Hi Krikor, thanks for responding.

Here's the snippet:
{mp4}VL06P{/mp4}

I'm seeing a correct relative reference to the video in the source:
/images/videos/VL06P.mp4

Which resolves to:
isg.blacklight.com.au/images/videos/VL06P.mp4

And this works when accessed directly.

I've uploaded a second mp4 from a different source and I'm getting the same thing.

Please make sure that your mp4 files are encoded in h264.

OK, is that because you think the encoding would something to do with the javascript error, or because you think the javascript error is not the issue? The video files are from a client and I don't know how to check the encoding type, is there a known good test mp4 I could use remotely?

Actually I just saw that you are using WidgetKit. Could you Disable that and check again?
